I honestly don't see it as blackmail...more like just plain stupidity.

Perhaps I'm misreading you, if so I'll apologize now, and get it over with...

What I'm seeing here is broadstroking an entire group.

I know several Muslims, most are extremely passionate about it. But they'd no more stone anyone for offenses than I would. Nor would they sentence someone to death for poetry, atheist or not. Now, they may not like it, but death would not be their response.

Where there are some Muslims who wouldn't, there are going to be more.

Our PM stated on TV the UK stays allied to SA because they give us intel on attacks.

IE you prop up our evil regime and we keep our terrorists on a leach and give them up when we can.

Thats blackmail/extortion.

I was rather shocked when i saw that the PM basically openly admited it.

Just as bad as the post I made Friday when one of our ministers went berserk when SA got called out on a queation panel.
