Former AWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Bockwinkel passed away on Saturday night (November 14th)

What a sad year for wrestling related deaths (many of them were not even old)

Perro Aguayo Jr to Verne Gagne to Dusty Rhodes to Roddy Piper and now Bockwinkel

What a sad year, i know wrestling deaths are common, but never so many in one year

I mean look at the list of wrestlers who have left us too early

Eddie Guerrero
British Bulldog
Owen Hart
Big BossMan
The Big Show (Paul Wight)
Umaga
Test
Roddy Piper
Andre The Giant
Billy Gunn

the list is endless, maybe somebody has put a curse on the wrestling world.

Anyway rip, sad times for all wrestling fans

When Did Paul Wight die? I live very near Aiken, SC and haven't heard anything about it. Wiki has nothing, either.

Big Show was still alive in July this year.

Maybe since then?

Billy Gunn isn't dead either. Where are you getting your information from?

Here's a hint... Google is your friend.

You are right, i got the list off wrestling forum

it names seth rollins as deceased too!

at that point i know its trolling, as seth was on wwe television the other week!

i even had to double check the sources for my OP subject about Nick Bockwinkel, but sadly is it legit, he has passed on.

A really sad year for wrestling fans

it is old for wrestlers you have to think that is hard on a body no body should be that big
men or women and you cant get that big without steriods and a constant breaking down of the
body muscle followed by a rapid rebuild thats how your muscle gets to outrages size.
Witch is fine when your in your 20 30 mabey 40 but no more then with the fast wwf lifestyle sorry to say bye bye.
I loved Roudy roudy Piper growing up and the they live movie.
