I think the reference in those articles is to the kinda left-field theories about timed detonations corroborated only by mocked up video click-bait, made sloppily in some video editing software that has been debunked by conspiracy theorists and video analysts alike.
You DENY there aren't a bazillion goof-ball theories circulating the internet? You deny there is a contingent of weirdos both making videos to troll people, and people that actually believe that stuff?

Consider the height of the buildings and the internal pressure at the height of impact. Consider that the internal atmosphere was likely much more oxygenated than the external. Consider where there is fuel for the explosive reaction to move. INTO the building.
The buildings did indeed explode from the inside out. It's not magic, it's not internal bombs, it's simple physics.
