you just told us its cause of fracking but as i,ve always been told on ats provide the evidence. no offence.

there is evidence from hydraulic fracturing (fracking) from the waste water produced when extraction oil is pumped into wells fracturing the ground around it causing earthquakes in the states i listed.

Those among others. That's why this forum is called Fragile Earth. There's stickied threads that are specifically about earthquake events and volcanic events. As to the why these things happen, I think we all pretty much know the various causes... including fracking. If you have specific information or new studies to discuss make a new thread like this one and title it with the title of the study/article.

That is the title of my story if people in here want to come to talk about current future or past geological events it would be good. Yes there are others threads with specific topics but mine is about all.

what do you think is happening with all the new large magnitude earthquakes? people are worrying about fracking creating earthquake swarms in the mid west and more volcanoes starting to erupt.
