Which universe?

When i was a kid, my father took me to the toystore on christmas eve and said; "Pick any game you want" That christmas i got a Genesis console, the first console ive ever owned. While we stood there, my world of fantasies opened, and the game i picked formed me to the man i am today.
The big question mark, is that very game. That wtf or the enigma.
But every night i read the marvelous universe of Chris Claremont, but i never read the story i just looked at the pictures and my mind made the storyline.

Is it because it causes rather than watches change? I see it.
