SOMEBODY paid for it all.

No one runs Potus. He is in charge of the Executive Branch. His authority is the mandate of the people.

There maybe some powerful special interest alliances that work together for any number of issues, but not of all. Case in point; there are extremely powerful blocks of power who want illegals legalized and legal immigration increased. Do you see an all powerful cabal circumventing all, and forcing it to happen? Or maybe the super duper top secret farmer cabal is keeping illegals as is, so they don't all run to mall jobs if legalized.

There is a 2 man rule concerning deployment of nukes. Are you saying the 2nd guy is a robot of the grand secret government? Or maybe the prez isn't the commander in chief.

As for the founding fathers think, who cares. Their long dead and recycled back into the universe. They had their time, contributed to it and painted their legacies bright and loud. Do you think anyone 250 years from now thinks about any powerful individuals feelings about voting rights in 2015?

Who runs our presidents? Why the Prime Minister of Israel. We spend every penny of our money and send our troops over there to keep Israel and oil safe. So, maybe you could say the entire ME, The Levant, runs our presidents.
