The New Age of Ignorance

Greetings fellow ATS members,

I've been following ATS for a very long time now, and I decided today to finally post my opinions on our current societal problems that we face everyday.

There's no doubt that The United States Federal Government is doing everything in their power to take our civil rights and freedom away by passing bills like The Patriot Act. I know everything about The New Order with their effort towards global domination and a creation of a One World Government. Everything that we've learned in our history books is a lie, especially with the fallacy of democracy. This organization of The Powers That Be, or whatever you want to call it, have destroyed our society for long enough.

I'm sick and tired of feeling alone and trying to explain to my friends and family about all of these problems that we as a people face everyday without be bashed with ignorance. They care more about their 'fantasy football' and TV shows then the Patriotic right's of our citizenry within this Country. Our society is so ignorant of the truth and would gladly give up their rights as a human to speak out and wake people up!

I'm appalled by our attitude as a species of the Human Race with the pollution of our Planet Earth. For God's sake, what makes it 'okay' to just throw your trash around on Mother Earth? Haven't we learned by now that the Eco System is needed in order for our survival as a species? I understand that a lot of Corporations around the globe are directly linked with the pollution of our Planet, but I also don't understand why the 'common man' would be willing to commit these atrocities as well.

This whole 'war on terrorism' is the biggest facade of our time. Ever since I was a kid, I knew something was up with the official story about 911. There's an extraordinary amount of evidence to point towards a 'false-flag operation.' This biggest smoking gun of that whole event is WTC building 7. How can people accept the 911 commission's report of a common 'office fire' that took the building down at free-fall speed which completely defies physics?

All I want is people to wake up and stop giving into these fears that TPTB have been pushing on us. They've been destroying our values as a human for way too long. The only way to stop them is by spreading the truth around and connecting on a world-wide conscious level. Enlightenment is the greatest feat that humans can accomplish.

I want to be around like-minded people such as members on ATS to feel welcomed and really show my commitment towards a better future for all of mankind!

Don't bother trying to wake people up. It doesn't work.

People either see it, or they don't.

If you notice someone starting to wake, you can help. But that's about it.

And knowing a truth, any truth, should be freeing not paralyzing. So don't overly obsess about this stuff. Be happy you are awake. And then get on with your life.

You'll find that ATS is very divided on the issues you raised. The new age of (willful) ignorance has dug a deep trench here. I'm very close to leaving ATS for good.

You'll find some like minded people, but I find 99% of ATS discussions to be painfully superficial. The real debate is over within the first two pages, then its nothing but bitter bickering.

Welcome to the discussions! And don't listen to those who say "don't bother trying to enlighten others". The greatest changes in human history were made by individuals who stood out and questioned the things the suppressed others.

I am with you 100%. I just cannot understand what's happened to common sense. People are walking around like a bunch of zombies. Why can't they see what's going on! I'm so frustrated with these delusional airheads. They don't even appreciate the beauty of our planet. I'm with ya!

I understand, but I feel that trying to wake people up has always been a part of me. I thrive to see the 'good' in mankind, even after all of the atrocities that we collectively as species have committed and endured.

Some of my friends are starting to wake up and see the truth from the results of our conversations. It's a slow process, but it's proven to work. However, I stopped trying to wake my parents up because of how steeped they are in the materialistic values of our society.

The truth has definitely helped free my soul and I feel that happiness has always been in my life because of this. But you're right, obsessing about all of our issues will only make it worse. Our thoughts and opinions on ways to help fix these issues is the only way to help.

We as a people must be the heroes of our current generation and stand up against the oppression!

They are waking up to famine, pestilence and war - it's pretty much a gaurantee that they will succeed in this invasion before oby leaves....if he ever does

Agreed. I try to warn people about the upcoming Ice Age and get attacked for it because everyone seems to still believe in the global warming lies.

Sadly, common sense in long-gone within our Country with only a few of us who really know what's going on. It seems that people will only really change when the threat of our freedom is knocking on our doors.

I blame television and materialism with a lot of our society's problems. We're too busy on our phones and obsessing about our favorite celebrities in entertainment.

I agree with you completely. TPTB are sick demented individuals who are hell-bent on destroying everything around them. They also fear us and should be afraid because they can't control the us forever when everyone eventually knows the truth!

If you want to be part of a new world before this one implodes you are welcome to join us at the Ankh, which means Life. The Organisers have planned this for millennia. Recently they have tried to communicate using mathematics as a universal language but only a couple aren't too blind to understand them.

It will be a new world with a new society starting with 150,000. It will be a pyramid meritocracy with people assigned roles in the first place based on genetic disposition. We have identified which genes are responsible for intelligence etc. It will not be a democracy. It's clear that doesn't work. You need money for a democracy. There will be no money. Everyone will work for the benefit of humanity. Those who do physical work will receive more food. Everyone will contribute something, whether it's minding children or teaching art or caring for the elderly and disabled. Everyone will have the opportunity to offer new ideas and be rewarded for them. We will develop new sources of energy using the most abundant source, light which theoretically can be fused to create matter and energy, as happened at the beginning of time. We will be in harmony with the Universe. If there are disagreements there will be tribunals where those in dispute are set an appropriate challenge. Their responses will determine the outcome. It will be a one-off test of intellect, not a myriad of cases and precedents. This will include theft. There will be criminal laws for things like murder and serious assault. Punishment will be exile for a fixed period of time or a drop in rank and work. The existing religions will be deleted. For those of faith there will be a simplified monotheistic faith that works for Jews, Christians, Muslims and Buddhists. Other faiths will have to rationalise to just the Creator or the Spirit.

That's just a synopsis. There's more at The AnkhorAge. Bear in mind it's written for intelligent people with a view to attracting the best for advanced roles. It might seem like nonsense on the surface, but so did Darwin's theory... 140,000 standard roles have already been assigned. 10,000 remain.

The direct one seems to work quite well though. Open source everything else on top of that and pay all living human beings a basic income for the lulz. Voila, we just saved the world!

In general principle I agree with your rant. But want to point out that it is not only the 'rights and privledges' of citizens (of any given country - I will assume you speak specifically of a western nation) but the 'duty and responsibilties' of those citizens that are in jeopardy. Personally, I think focusing on the later attributes of 'citizenry' is more productive in any case and puts the responsibility for 'the status quo' where it belongs, on each and every 'citizen'.

Then there is your handle: TruthequalsWisdom.

Truth is but one small part of Wisdom. Wisdom also requires, reason, compassion, self-reflection, study and action (both mentally and physically). I'm certain there are other components to Wisdom as well that I'm missing - patience, tolerance, --- please add your own.

Truth is a difficult concept in and of itself and subject to change with more knowlege and - lol - wisdom. There is relative truth and absolute truth. There is stragety and there are tactics.

I get the frustration - most people just give-up and stop trying. Don't - please. Welcome.

Welcome. You sound like me, in that I want what's best for my country, in the hopes our ideals will survive. But your subject line hits the nail on the head. It's like the blind leading the blind here in the US, and in the news each week I hear it's much the same in many other countries.
