It's that time of year again folks. That special time of year when the best seasonal music is playing on the radio: Halloween music! If you have SiriusXM channel 18 is now Scream Radio. (RIP Roadtrip Radio; unless you have a radio capable of the 300+ stations or access to the app).

Here are some of my favorites!

Of course there are so many more that I could post, but where's the fun in that? So, do tell, what are some of your favorite jams this time of year?

The ambient darqness of Nox Arcana is quite soothing this time of year. Lycia is also one of my favorite groups this time of year.

Very cool stuff! I had never heard of Nox Arcana before, but the stuff I sampled on YouTube sure fit the bill for Halloween music! I really liked this one:

That video for Boris the Spider was pretty great. And kudos for picking a Warren Zevon song that wasn't Werewolve's of London! Not that it's a bad song at all (it's one of my favorites), just had to avoid posting it myself. And you can never go wrong with Jonathan Coulton!

Warren Zevon has a lot of good songs. I like Werewolves of London a lot but it seems like it get played a lot, not so much with Roland the Headless Tommygunner.

Yeah, that song is pretty fantastic. I'll have to play it for my wife. She's a big fan of Plain Whites Tees.

And come to think of it, the entire soundtrack for An American Werewolf in London is pretty great and appropriate.
