Hendricus G Loos, Master of Mind Control

The man youve never heard of, but who may be messing with your head right now.
Hendricus G Loos came to my attention earlier this year when I ran across this patent titled
"Nervous system manipulation by electromagnetic fields from monitors ".
Catchy right?
He worked for Plasmadyne Corp in 1961, Douglas Aircraft Advanced Research Dept in 1967
Turns out Mr Loos worked(works) for DARPA and has been working for the Govt since the late 1960's.
Hes worked on lots of Stuff
Ranging from neural nets and nervous system manipulation

He has been a very busy Bee

I have also noticed that his several of his Nervous System control patents predate the mandated government switch-over to digital television signals in 2009 by only a few years.
Coincidence?

These results confirm that, indeed, the nervous system of a subject can be manipulated through electromagnetic field pulses emitted by a nearby CRT or LCD monitor which displays images with pulsed intensity.

The various implementations of the invention are adapted to the different sources of video stream, such as video tape, DVD, a computer program, or a TV broadcast through free space or cable. In all of these implementations, the subject is exposed to the pulsed electromagnetic field that is generated by the monitor as the result of image intensity pulsing. Certain cutaneous nerves of the subject exhibit spontaneous spiking in patterns which, although rather random, contain sensory information at least in the form of average frequency. Some of these nerves have receptors that respond to the field stimulation by changing their average spiking frequency, so that the spiking patterns of these nerves acquire a frequency modulation, which is conveyed to the brain. The modulation can be particularly effective if it has a frequency at or near a sensory resonance frequency. Such frequencies are expected to lie in the range from 0.1 to 15 Hz.

As of late his patents seem to mostly revolve around nervous system manipulation utilizing several means of subliminal stimuli including modulated pulses of the acoustic, electromagnetic, and thermal type.

The prolific nature of his works strongly suggest to me that his patents work as promised, and are being utilized today.

One can only image the thought processes of a person who involved in human mind control experimentation day in and day out.
but in my research of the man i did discover a glimmer of regret from Mr. Hendricus;

Certain monitors can emit electromagnetic field pulses that excite a sensory resonance in a nearby subject, through image pulses that are so weak as to be subliminal. This is unfortunate since it opens a way for mischievous application of the invention, whereby people are exposed unknowingly to manipulation of their nervous systems for someone else's purposes. Such application would be unethical and is of course not advocated. It is mentioned here in order to alert the public to the possibility of covert abuse that may occur while being online, or while watching TV, a video, or a DVD.

Mr. Hendricus Loos, wherever you are, I hope you are not the man who sold the world.

That's some interesting/ scary stuff here. It is ironic a few months ago my buddy got a new tv, no big deal right? The thing about it is that his dog which previously never "watched" tv prior to the new tv set now watches that one only. It wont pay no attention to other TVs in the house. I was joking with him telling him the dog is under mind control... Maybe I was right 😨

Damn if i could i'd give you a hundred stars right now. Are these things in use? Doesn't that imply the mapping of our brains has to be far more advanced than commonly known? And this was 1984+? Talking about synchronicity...

Jeez, this rings true. An acquaintance of mine was an electronics specialist in the Army. Back in late 70's he spoke of a system that he was working on that would sweep a field of cows and they would all, immediately start pooping themselves, literally "sh!tless. Imagine facing an enemy with full skivvies? Now that's fighting dirty !!

could be. i personally believe people hopped up on SSRI drugs and listening to songs like "titanium by david guetta", "Foster The People - Pumped up Kicks" and other songs with lyrics that suggest mass murder being played on repeat on major radio stations may have something to do with it too.

I don't know how old he is but if this is his daughter, she's 55, making him around 70 ish?

Ptosis? That's surely an unintentional symptom! Weird, though.

He's a pretty clever guy, and not afraid of a bit of jargon:

ABSTRACT -1- A novel associative memory is discussed which overcomes the early saturation problem of Hopfield memories, without resorting to dilute state vectors or nonlocal learning rules.

He seems to be looking at how memories are stored without being 'saturated' by associations? I think.

It interests me that he found ways of inducing hypnotic states and was also studying 'shutdown' in autistic children, which is basically an overload of sensory stimulation and an extreme anxiety-driven reaction.
He's right then, if that can be transmitted subconsciously - and he says it can - then imagine the repercussions if it were transmitted during an emotive event or speech? Scary, scary stuff.

I believe this technology is closely tied to the ever increasing flicker rate and incessant flashing during tv shows and commercials.

Well, not sure if it is a coincidence, I just had migraine reading that information, the message might have some subliminal encoding of some type...

Jokes aside, that's just more confirmation of the lengths, a few people can go at controlling the masses. Sad, sad news indeed.

Now just think about this subliminal symbolism that flood mass media and what there agenda might be.

I'm pretty sure that Hendricus G. Loos might be an engineering analog to Hollywood's Alan Smithee.

I did see a post here on ATS yesterday and it had a link to an interview about time travelling and the montauk project.

Besides the time travelling he talks a lot about mind control, memory wiping and programming... all with: Frequencies !!

True ? I don't know.. but the time line and methods seems overlapping!
