Which forum is it that you are trying to post to? Some forums you need special permission to post in and some you need a certain number of posts before you can post in them.

Ok. That happens when a thread has been removed. There's no way to fix that and it does happen from time to time. If the thread is still active when you begin to write your response then you get that message when you hit post... it's because the thread was trashed while you were typing.

Then it must have got taken down quickly. We have good mods here.

It happens. If there was a T&C violation, we try to get to it quickly so a bunch of folks don't waste their time by typing out replies that will be removed along with the OP.

We've all had that moment where we've lost a whole post because of that. It's just one of those things.
