There are many independent monitors besides NOAA that measure CO2. Not going to link them bc one can find the information themselves if one truly wants to research this. Even an ATS search might work . I don't have the time to do the leg work and my girlfriend has been giving me grief for devoting some of my free time to ATS(for free)

If that is not enough evidence, perhaps you could set up your own CO2 monitor.

The burden of proof is on you for this one.

It is claimed that CO2 concentration is now up to about 400 ppm.

But it is my understanding that CO2 concentration is not actually measured like with instruments. It is actually calculated and is, in fact, an assumed value.

No.

In fact, scientists keep air samples from previous years and decades, so that they and present conditions can be checked and measured on the same instrument.
