I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I always see the same numbers like all the time... But that could just be because once I see 11:11 or 23:23 ill remember it because their the same numbers...

Yeah that's the way the human brain works. I used to have that with "13:37" on the clock when I was a gamer because it was "leet speak" as it was called.
