And where exactly do their personal supplies come from? Ah, same old corruption seen in PDs forever, whether by for sale and or personal use as an added benefit. Donuts get boring after a while.

That's what I was thinking too. Secondly, ya gotta deal with unions. In the long run it is probably less expensive to let them walk away.
