Why do you find it odd? The media is owned by the global banking cartel. Do you expect them to inform the public on the issues that actually fundamentally affect their lives?

Good point. I suppose I could have worded it differently. How about "I find it aggravating" ? Either way, I think this whole thing is ridiculous. This is gonna affect my children and there's nothing I can do about it. It's a disgusting feeling.

I'm not sure how much confidence I have in your claims Quetz, but regardless, I doubt anybody on your level would have the slightest idea what was really going on behind closed doors. No offense.

I've just received a text from my mobile provider advising that they are helping to raise awareness of the UN goals to end poverty, inequality & climate change. #TellEveryone.

I agree. And, if people actually read the 17 goals that are the 2030 agenda, they address all of this: pollution, sustainable consumption and production, ecosystems, biodiversity, etc. Check my other post on here for the link to the list.

Yet most of these conspiracy folks will then say that it's all an evil conspiracy when the UN or international community actually agree to do something about it, i.e. AGENDA 2030!

You need to understand a few things to understand the direction. Research Technocracy and Antony Sutton, especially the things he's talked about regarding the corporate socialist state, which we currently have.

Consider Agenda 30 in conjunction with the TPP the TTIP etc. Agenda 30 crushes average citizens and puts both the blame and the responsibility on them without touching corporations which gain more power threw the TPP/TPIP and other such agreements.

You are looking at one piece of the puzzle and not the whole puzzle.

Most citizens are looking at their world two dimensionally - black vs. white, right vs. wrong, Left vs. Right. TPTB are functioning with a 3D or 4D view of things. And they purposefully try to keep us in the 2D view.

My critique of the 17 points:
I read your 17 points and they are noble. Trust me, they sound very nice. If by 2016 the richest 1% owns more than 50% of the world's wealth - how does the UN plan to wrestle the wealth out of the hands of the 1% to distribute it more evenly to those in poverty?

Because you can't lift people out of poverty when the distribution of wealth ownership is concentrated into such a small group of people. The same group of people who are CEOs and boards of directors of major corporations, politicians and those active in the UN. These same people who have been f@#king over the planet (politically, economically, socially) are the ones working in the UN telling us to trust them... again!?!?

See, the average people and the impoverished don't really have a voice in these places. But the UN makes a list of 17 things, listing a bunch of statistics, and suggesting that all of this is possible. How?

Don't tell me about any other country than the USA. Don't even mention a 3rd world nation.
Let's start simply with one point...
1. Poverty in the USA is big business. Lots of corrupt charities and non-profits need poor people to tug on the average person's heart strings and suck money out of their pockets. Poverty also provide the police and prison industrial complex copious amounts of fodder to shove through the system for local and municipal profit. The prison system feeds the corporate system by providing severely cheap labor, cheaper than China on average.

And the people responsible for these corrupt and heinous interconnected systems are the ones that want to change them? Are they done making all their money and suddenly having a change of heart?

Are you referring to me? It's not on me to prove where I have worked, as anonymity is critical on here for many of us.

I am not claiming I was a high-level official at all, in relation to your second point. However, I most definitely spent time with some high-level officials, including writing some reports for a few diplomats.

1) Ambassador Stuart Beck, Oceans and Seas and SDG Ambassador of Palau
www.law.yale.edu...

I also studied with some high-level officials and leaders within the 2030 Agenda and/or UN, or former ones, including the following:

1) Jeffrey Sachs, probably one of the lead figures of both the Millennium Development Goals, the precursors to the Sustainable Development Goals, and one of the leading people with the SDGs as well, which is why he is Ban Ki Moon's Special advisor.

www.earth.columbia.edu...

2) Elisabeth LIndenmayer, former Assistant Secretary General under Kofi Annan. She helped train new diplomats for the Security Council at one point. sipa.columbia.edu...

3) Amina Mohammed, Ban Ki Moon's Special Advisor ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS AND AGENDA 2030!!

www.un.org...

I know these people personally, less so with Amina, but she taught in my class and I met her, as well as a hoard of UN, international development, and international security professionals and officials that are in such organizations but just not as famous.

Why do I say all of this? Although I am not a true "insider" at a high level, I have never once seen anything in these top level people to correlate with the conspiracy.

That doesn't mean that it couldn't exist.

I have seen personally as well that many powerful or elite people are often as brainwashed as the next person, and not really wanting to see global affairs objectively.

The point is, without any exaggeration, I have more academic and professional knowledge of the UN than most people on ATS, if not all. I can still be wrong, but I have a lot of input.

I'd actually be interested to talk more with people about the various issues, conspiracies, etc.

This sounds like the continuation of Agenda 21. Many political leaders sign on, and they approach everything at a local level, and the local officials have no clue it's a UN agenda. It lays out depopulation and the creation on megacities and one world government. It began with implementing sustainability, climate change etc.. It is disturbing when you look at the overall agenda, and then the US presidents sign on along with most of the other leaders.
