Well, it did say "a hybrid of...", denoting one singular entity.

The Hydra, Medusa, the beast in Revelations all refer to a single beast with many "heads" .

The analogy being they are all one entity.

Like the article postulates linked in the OP, the many departments of state that all act in unison

Suffice it to say they are all instruments each in their own regime of control. That is the nature of the NWO: The government controls the people (collects its fees) and the supply aspect is left to giant corporations.

But they all go one way together. For instance, when a " Defense Appropriations Bill" say, for a new aircraft carrier comes before the state and house, ziiing… sail her through, unanimously. Then the Banks issue the loan… zing, and the armaments industry builds the ship, the aircraft and all the weapons to be employed against the "terrorists". The order to sail and attack is just as swift, as soon as it can get to a theatre of "combat".
