China has never flown off anyone's coast. They don't have the aircraft for it. They occasionally send fighters near Japanese territorial waters but that's it.

The ships off Alaska are the first time the Chinese Navy have come close to the US in that manner. Every other time they've been near the USv it's been a planned visit.

It is 1000 miles away from China!!! Do you think China is going to keep letting any planes fly over their base when its completed??? You KNOW they will not and those Islands they are building were protected reefs, now destroyed.

China has stolen the areas from their neighbors because they know Obama wont do anything to stop them.

Do to them what they are doing to everyone else. Kick them the hell out by laying claim to the Gulf as belonging to the countries it borders, or just lay claim to it all and only enforce it against the Chinese. No country has the right to sail around the world just to take fish from the locals let alone steal their land!!!

If they're in international waters outside the EEZ they have as much right as anyone else does. The US has the right to sail to Asia and fish there if they chose to, as long as it was outside the EEZ of any nation.

Legally there's no reason they couldn't. They just can't create an ADIZ or claim territory as China has done.
