If I recall correctly water pressure/weight is what causes the earth to wobble on its axis. With that in mind the more out of balance it gets the more it would wobble.

Not to worry though, if it gets too out of whack we can just tape a bunch on pennies to one side. After all, there is no other use for pennies anyway….

Say for example you have 20 flees on your head, do you think you would notice much of a difference in weight if they decided to migrate to your behind? (I bet you'd notice the migrated itching though :p)

In relation to mass we are so tiny in the scale of the earth that other then Gigaton nukes, there isn't much we can do to bring the world, as a mass, out of balance.

I'd be more concerned about the natural and chemical balance before every even thinking about the mass.
