What gets me is why anyone would drag this hunk of wires to school in the first place? It's not like he invented anything, or did anything remotely "science-y". Its a hunk of junk in a case. Was he showcasing his soldering skills or something?

"Hey! I can take a clock apart and ... sort of put it back together in a really sloppy way!"

That's what I see when I look at this device he drug into the school. Why bother? Its a laughable project at best, use zip ties for those wires or heat shrink my man!

I do still think the jump to "bomb" was stupid, and it certainly wasn't treated like a bomb by the people claiming it to be one though.

Didn't see the outrage when a child got suspended for having a pop tart that looked like a gun, or a little girl got suspended for bring a "Hello Kitty Bubble Gun" to school! Did Obama invite them to the WH?

Zero tolerance is a product of progressive government! Guess you'll have to live with it?

The way this whole charade is shaping up, it wouldn't surprise me if the next school attack won't be with a gun but a bomb....
