There is nothing meant to be doomy about the message. In fact, it is a message of hope and encouragement. Why would you be afraid at all of the message in the Bible, unless you did not love Jehovah and follow his commandments? Really, you shouldn't be afraid. He himself says:

(Ezekiel 18:32) . . .“‘I do not take any pleasure in the death of anyone,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah. ‘So turn back and live.’”

And in another place:

(2 Peter 3:9) Jehovah is not slow concerning his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire anyone to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.

So, if you aren't doing what you are supposed too, why not start? Then why fear at all? The message is definitively not meant to scare to be doom porn. It is to rebuke those who are calling this time the time of the end of all things.

The point is this:

(2 Peter 3:14, 15) . . .Therefore, beloved ones, since you are awaiting these things, do your utmost to be found finally by him spotless and unblemished and in peace. 15 Furthermore, consider the patience of our Lord as salvation. . .

I don't understand why people on ATS like this can't comprehend this sub-forum, their so accustomed to bashing, they forget this forum is for exactly what they want to ban, when this forum was in BTS we never had this problem. This type stayed away, sometimes I think it was a mistake to merge the forums because of this.
