LEGAL marriage is a government contract. Now available to everyone, as it should be.
3 states have Legal Covenant marriage. Arizona, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Only 1% between 2000 - 2010 in Louisiana took advantage of this. That means 99% chose a regular Legal (non-religious) government marriage.
