Imagine the magic

Imagine the magic;
if most were emphatic.
How come then.....? Everything is just truly a tragic.

When most deeds are selfish;
for the reason you are helpless.
Why should other suffer;
because "you" only think of your brothers...

When you are a relic;
you forget the angelic;
and it all becomes some what; really, really, really truly.... Pathetic.

You act as a father;
but denounce your very own daughter.
Well now.....
You just let people drown in the water;
and all i hear, i want them to return to the slaughter....


Im trying to grasp how to write a poem, critic will be appreciated.

Empathetic is a different word than emphatic.
