You can't earn your way into heaven through deeds no matter how often you do them. You have to follow the Gospel and believe it. That is what it says. Believe by faith. Very hard for anyone to do. Unless you are wise in certain things. And wisdom alone won't get you there by itself.

Unlike popular disinformation that says it is all faith based, once you become a believer in the things necessary to get that ticket into paradise using faith, you can be called upon by the Lord almighty himself, and be spoken to, and be given mercy, and be shown things, and actually hear the Lord speak. And you can still be tempted by the dark side into slipping back into things which will void your ticket. Even after hearing and knowing the amazing things and kindness unimaginable, that God has ready for all people. That is what is scary, you gotta fight hard and really stay on your feet to make it through your trials in this life and stay protected from evil by God. Flagrantly or carelessly or thoughtlessly go back to old ways of sin and you lose your armor, but you are never given up on by God. He will help you back up when you are sorry and sincere.

Those who don't care about God all the time in their lives are open to demonic influence which I have experienced myself and seen them tempting other people with all kinds of ugliness, and they gobble it up as their own ideas and their minds are filled with Satan's influences to the degree that we are seeing RIGHT NOW IN THE WORLD. You have to crawl up through the sludge before you can get away from it. Falling back into it is usually a death sentence. Sin is much worse than quicksand. And it is filled with blackness and death.

It is also dressed in fine clothes, sin is. It is like the guy behind the curtain, you think he might be there, but ignore him as not important. It is camouflaged as non applicable to you, and made and presented to your mind as something you can get away with. Satan loves that and will be very happy when you give yourself over to temptation. Then you are easier pickings for more sturdy sinning when very talented demons you can't even see are presenting to you unbeknownst to you, a packaged assortment of exciting ways for you to instead wind up losing yourself forever. Just say no.

It is serious, serious business to the one that can deliver you.

Getting a ticket to paradise is a very very long and narrow road filled with ridicule and persecution, won't earn many friends, and will be a life filled with more bumps and pitfalls than anyone can endure. I am a threat to the minions of hell and am going to be an even bigger threat in my future. And for that my life is filled with the worst kinds of bad luck and plenty of misery heaped upon me by the enemy so that I will think God has abandoned me. The enemy will always tell people's minds that God doesn't care, so do whatever you want, and make your own rules, just like you see most all in the world doing today including corrupted governments all over.
Bad luck that is a curse in so many ways. Bad luck that is so unlikely as well. The price of that golden ticket is very high, and the ticket maker paid an even much bigger price for anyone to be able to get a ticket. But it can't be earned on deeds alone.

Great post, and I agree with much of it. But I fundamentally disagree that believing in the Gospel is the only ticket into heaven.

It's simply untrue that a devote kind-hearted good person who's otherwise completely compassionate, loving, benevolent, etc isn't getting the big reward because they didn't put stock in one particular religion.

But I do agree that corruption by malevolent spirits is very common, especially here on earth. I did a few pieces on the subject, titled Earth--A World Going Dark and The Metaphysics of Malevolence and Malevolent Spirts Are Real.

Thanks for the well-thought out and detailed post!

Grasshopper, first learn to do without doing. Speak without speaking. Feel without feeling. In this way you will realize that all you think of as real, as reality is really an illusion. It's a sophisticated video game and your playing it immersed in your meat suit, living an illusion, a creation of your own consciousness. Enjoy the ride.

This is all absolutely true. But you're playing this game for a purpose.

And that purpose is to refine your spirit into a near-perfect form.

So whilst you should definitely enjoy the ride and partake in activities you consider fun, you should never lose sight of that ultimate goal or stop striving to reach the highest heights.

The hurdle of heaven is surmountable. Everyone will leap it in time.

Honestly I can't devote the time into watching an hour-long video. But if you bullet-point the main ideas I'd be happy to give my read on them.

Why not just listen for 10 minutes? There is no need to commit yourself to the whole hour - just have a little taste

The topic discussed in the video is outlined in the first 5 minutes.

This is what the video I posted is basically saying.

The video investigates the illusion of being separate - the illusion of doership.

Jesus told the murderer who was being crucified next to him that he would see him later that day in paradise heaven. Perhaps every human on Earth has already made the cut, and is entitled to enter the realm of heaven.

But we don't know that for certain, so the safest bet is perfecting yourself in every way possible.

Rubbish, there is no "perfection" of oneself.

And especially inside of an extremely flawed, backwards and meaningless environment.

But they don't want you to realize that, do they ??

Nothing you do here, is natural.

Noone is testing you, no one grading,

But their definitely is a MASSIVE program to make us all think that this is what everything is !!

I challenge that we have not been told the truth about a dam thing, I don't care WHAT spirituality you have or seek, you are inside of something very, VERY sick.

And it is manifest all around us.

Of course there's perfection of the self.

I can live a perfect day by only giving others positive feelings, only emoting the same, only thinking good thoughts, and only spreading love and kindness and benevolence and joy.

It's certainly not easy, but it is simple.

If your spirit attains a state where that's essentially all it ever wants do, congrats. You're pretty darn close to perfect.

Cheers!

There is a part of us that is perfect, undying, and eternal, and thus there is no need to further perfect this aspect. Rather, the journey involves breaking away the veil of falsehood that fogs this perfect Being.

I think the moral of the story (in my humble opinion) is mankind spends too much energy on the reward instead of the risk (if that makes sense).

Some will see things like this as an "oh crap, I haven't done enough". Others, like me, will call em out. Be good, be true, and if you are fortunate enough someday to meet a god face to face, tell him to piss off. Just like Adam. đŸ˜ˆ

If you are manhandling muggers and escorting grocery-laden geriatrics for the key to the city or even a VIP parking space, you are a charlatan.

The best heroes are the ones no one remembers. They did the right thing because it was right. Batman doesn't get a medal. Batman doesn't want one.
