I'm not sure why this is happening, but when I open ATS at home on my iPad, it hangs and doesn't load. If I use my phone, or I change the iPad network to use my phone as a hotspot it works fine. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Does ipad have a ping function? I think it does. Trying pinging out to www.abovetopsecret.com first and see what the reply is? or ping the ip address 72.20.54.104

I am using it on my home wifi network with no issues.

Contact your internet provider - I would suggest that your home broadband has gone back to dialup speeds. I highly doubt that it is an issue at the ATS end of things.

It could relate to time/date settings. If you have a different timezone or times are wrong, some digital certificates and access rights are "out of band". So just check your timezone and time and date.

Some WiFi AP's also just won't play nice with Apple's implementation of TCPIP. So, in the advanced network settings of your Apple device, change the MTU size to 1492 rather than 1500.

I would never call ISP tech support for this type of thing. This is most likely a client related issue, not a back end. If the browser on wifi can open other pages but not ATS, I would check to see if any packets are even getting through

Try re-setting your modem and router.

I just had to reset mine. unplug the power for a min or so.

Good luck

I don't know how to help. I'm just bumping this up so that somebody who can will see it.

I learned that lesson the hard way back on my commodore 64.

And I agree with you, NEVER call Tech Support!

Are you able to open any page on your home wifi?
try{
renewing your IP lease (should be some network setting somewhere on your Ipad)
as suggested above, power cycle your wlan access point
clearing the cache of your Ipad's browser

}catch(exception )

EDIT: ATS, why are my curly brackets square brackets? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

You see what I did there? HUEHUE
