There are so many reasons to use a condom. I know AIDS is a big concern out there but so is Hepatitis B and C. Both can be transmitted sexually. With B, it usually clears up (a small percentage of people cant get rid of the virus and it becomes chronic). Hep C is almost always chronic but there is a cure now, albeit a very expensive one. Please dont think you CANT get a disease this way. You can and most likely will if you are foolish enough not to protect yourself.

Unless it's your wife/partner who has discussed having children with you, any woman who asks you not to wear a condom should be looked at with great suspicion. I mean, duh.

I'm a man, and let's be honest: Allot of men will squirt and run when the belly starts to bulge, so IMO it's the woman's responsibility to ensure the dude wraps his meat, otherwise she'll be the one stuck with the mistake.
