Despite being severely injured, Mr. Webb drove himself to the hospital, followed by Waterloo police officers, where they handcuffed him upon his arrival. Medical personnel had to insist that the officers release the handcuffs so that the severely-injured man could receive treatment. Despite their extreme violence towards him, Waterloo Police did not charge Mr. Webb with any crime.

Why would they, he didn't do anything wrong. The police however, lied to cover up an unlawful shooting after they scared a man they profiled enough to flee. Let alone opening up in a crowded parking lot.

Let alone denying a gunshot victim medical treatment. I bet they got that on camera, too.

What is not surprising to me is the official version of what happened has to be changed when one of those pesky videos shows up ! How many times have we seen that ?

From one of the posted comments which I happen to agree with. A fight and no one was killed...enter the cops after the fact and someone is almost killed.. go figure...

@sirmoneymakpimpwether - you do not shoot on assumption. He was close enough to get the license plate, make and model, car color, and probably even a description of the person inside. He should have pulled his pen, not his gun.

Are you saying the cops lied so they didn't look stupid? That couldn't possibly be. If they say they he tried to run them over he tried to run them over.

Who cares what your video evidence says, that dude was trying to kill them they had no choice.
