Of course they have an opinion, but that opinion might fall under the definition of Bigot, or racist or Sexist etc. freedom of opinion doesn't mean it's justified to form your opinion based on Sexuality (in this case) and not be called a Bigot under the definition.

i'm not saying you are, i'm just saying in General

If someone said "In my opinion whites are superior to Blacks" that would be racist, true you have the freedom to that opinion but it wouldn't make it not racist

Do you have a problem with me having an opinion on the thread, it's title or it's motive?

I have a problem with your, seemingly, righteous indignation being used to derail the thread and its topic, in order to deflect from the subject, which is "homophobic hypocrisy".

You seem to think that's a taboo subject, especially for an ATS moderator.

I have things to do that are way more interesting and important, hence this thread for me is done.

You can all go pat yourselves on the back for stirring the hate pot, goading, maybe leave some bitchy comments, have a circle jerk over being rude to those that don't agree to you and assuming yourselves a moral high ground, hating those that are phobic, or whatever it is you do in your hate fest.

I will say again though: hate threads are not constructive, nor is name calling nor misplaced self righteousness.

Well, you most certainly did place rhetoric within your posts on this thread, but that was not a presumption on my part. It actually happened.

You have assumed a great deal about me and my intentions in posting as I have, and all of your assumptions are off base, and have nothing to do with my conduct in this thread. My responses to your input however, have been measured according to the stimulus you provided. If you do not like my responses, then the problem you are having starts with your own delivery, since it is that which stimulated my reasonable responses so far.

I cant help but think that if all the energy used on this and other threads fighting each other was used finding common ground and respect we would be walking in a direction that would lead to some thing very intresting

With you on this one, but ATS has changed over the years, this is now the norm, I dont really like this place any more.

Yer very title is an example of attempting to control the agenda. What does "homophobe" mean? "Phobia" means "fear," and this term "homophobia" is used as a blanket term against everyone who is in any way against homosexuality. In any other context it would be labeled racist, but because it's a part of the "progressive" agenda (another falsely labeled term) they can get away with it as politically correct. And this political correctness has gone so far that we are now forced to consider Bruce Jenner a woman because he "identifies with women" even though he has no idea what being a woman is like. Every cell in his body carries an X chromosome. To claim hes "a woman" is completely laughable.

Now THAT'S hypocritical, but if you bring it up, you're label;ed a "homophobe." It's really not a matter of fear. It's a matter of finding the political agenda here rather disgusting.

It has changed a lot recently.

I received a warning for posting in this thread, no mention of anything offensive or any specific comment, just a warning.

I believe people should be allowed opinions, apparently that is contrary to T&C unless it fits an agenda.

The agenda is the conspiracy. How ironic.
