Roper, while I think you could have worked on your delivery, I do agree with you to an extent. There are a lot of instances where it doesnt take a
psychic to predict an event just common sense. Your space shuttle incident is a prime example. The practice of sending man into space is still a
tricky feat and accidents are unfortunately, bound to happen. Also, the annual predictions that always come out saying that there will be earth
quakes, or various other natural disasters, cant be considered psychic phenomenon either because we live on a dynamic planet and these things are
bound to happen. There are instances though, where predictions are made that are staggering and give a lot of credence to psychic ability. I
personally, dont believe that any one person claiming that they are a psychic can be right 100, 80, even 50 percent of the time. I believe that these
people, when accurate, have picked up on something that we all have the ability to tap into they just have found a way to perform it more frequently.
Now, whether they understand how they are doing this, or not, is a completely different story. I personally believe that this is the difference
between a psychic and a prophet, a psychic has some how made themselves more receptive, but doesnt really understand how, a prophet though, has found
a way to tap into this phenomenon and knows how to use it.
