Shouldn't General Breaking News be under the Breaking News Section?, page 1

I didn't even know there was a General BN Forum when I tried to post, I ended up under Alt BN, not realizing....well, whatever. Just trying to be helpful, it seems confusing as it's listed when you click on "Forums" link.

I understand it's listed (at the bottom) with the "General" or more accurately off-topic areas because it's General news, but breaking news under an off-topic area header seems off.

Not everyone can post everywhere....and some require so many posts one makes before being able to.

And if one of our readers read a Breaking! Or Just breaking! General or otherwise...3 wks or even a month or two later....is the Breaking! part relevant in the title anyway....when it isn't breaking?

Some may not even read it for a yr...then find.....it wasn't breaking....but old news....
