O great, a geometric named particle, wouldn't the New Agers love this one?

If scientists wanna claim they found the God particle, they might as well call this one...Satan(duh,duh, ddduuuhhh).

I can't pay attention to this quantum crap anymore, maybe I ll look into when I'm retired and they are little more certain by then because they found a way to travel vast distances in short periods of time. I'd rather stick with metaphysical time travel paradoxes.

Wacky scientists and their crazy claims discovering God.

They are only wacky because they are just self-promoters peddling bogus evidence in order to grab the headlines.

Now, if you want REAL, mathematically rigorous evidence for God in the form of a particle that makes up quarks and so is yet to be discovered, look at this and the rest of that website.

Or that: www.abovetopsecret.com...

I can model the whole of matter and energy with possibly one master particle (or two if one considers its reversal as another individual particle).

God creates Dinosaurs, God kills Dinosaurs, God made man, then man made God, God kills man, man makes science, science kills god, then Science discovers God.

Im suffering from a short circuit here.

They are just going to find smaller and smaller and smaller particles until they are so small we don't have a physical way to detect or measure them anymore, so they think there is nothing more to find, and their models will be incomplete.

Why do you imagine an ending?
There was a time when we couldn't see the heart inside the Human body, so we developed ways.
There was a time before radiation was discovered.
There was a time before the electron microscope.
There was a time before...

You seem to think scientific development has a limit, and that one day we'll suddenly be incapable of developing any new technology to be able to make new discoveries.

Clearly this is nonsense.

Science evolves constantly, and the tools we develop to make new scientific discoveries also develops alongside it. There is no reason to think that one day we will stop being able to develop new methods to make new discoveries.

I don't think any of their "models" contain the possibility of an infinite division of the whole. They have already shot their selves in the foot by giving every possible particle a name, knowing not that there is only ONE primal energy that can be divided infinitely. So their book of names better be infinitely large.

Okay, now you're just not making any sense.
You think scientific discovery is now limited to the number of names we can give things, and that after that we'll suddenly stop?

While you see a box with ever smaller things inside, science sees the box, the things in it, the room the box is in, the house the room is in, the street the house is in, the town the street is in...

Science is not limited to the piece of paper the findings can be written on.

I think you're wise to ignore all of this, you don't seem to have the intellectual capacity to understand the basics.

No I don't, my intelligence stat goes up to only 5, everything else is usually seven and up.

Now a days, most my stat points go into luck.

What would happen if we split one of these Quarks. I think would should try it, just to be nosey.

You're going to need a bigger Collider for that.

Scientists have tried doing that using all the large particle accelerators. When you try and smash apart quarks, the two broken connections just create a new pair of quarks. It's like the universe doesn't like loose ends.

You're opinion is based on faith. My opinion was based on physical limits. Just take the "neutrino" as an example. We have an extremely difficult time detecting them because of their properties. Anything smaller and or less mass than a "neutrino" would be even more difficult, if not impossible. I am talking about something so small, so weak, that absolutely nothing would be able to detect it because of its scale, and because it passes through everything without having any interaction. So small that nothing on our scale can interact with it on its scale.

Believe it or not, there are many things science will NEVER be able to study or find the answers to because of limits.

No, you have completely misunderstood me.

One of the main goals of science is to find the "Theory of Everything". One unified theory that can explain absolutely everything. Every time scientists divide something and give each piece a name, they are stepping backwards from that goal. They are not unifying, they are dividing.

Scientists seem to be good at one thing and only one thing, and that is dividing things into parts and naming each part, even if that one thing didn't have parts. Take the "electromagnetic spectrum" as an example. They have divided it into parts, and gave each part a name, even though it is all the same thing. They just made something more complex than it needed to be.

This is going to carry on infinitely... and they will never reach where they want to go because they keep making their jobs harder.

For all they know... matter isn't made of smaller parts. They are just creating these smaller parts the minute they collide the bigger parts together.

Have you ever seen soap bubbles collide and form into smaller bubbles? Big soap bubbles are not made of smaller soap bubbles....

You are absolutely correct. I guarantee you that if they were able to put enough energy into these smaller particles they will divide up into even smaller particles.

The "god" particle has nothing to do with any god. It's short for "goddamn particle" due to it's elusive nature.

Well its science, its quirky like that. And scientists do have there quirks as well you know. Its basic structural reality, or that metaphysics you were talking about, the combined conscious of perceptions, wavelengths and focus points.

Now what will happen when they find the quark particle which is a bit quirky? The whole sum of human consciousness can not sustain this reality, # they dont even know how the simple things in there very life's really work when you get down to it. Even the enlightened have known for a long time that humankind is merely a subverted and conquered species.

And yet it all holds together. Conclusion? This reality which you all inhabit is not yours, and in time others will breach it as well. Making things much more interesting.

The whole of life and humanity is merely a passing curiosity. A quirky one at that. Now as we traverse the veils and the universal alignment and planetary shifts and all that, things will fall to the wayside and fade away, displacing many things. Shifting into oblivion. We will go from the 3rd hell into the 2nd hell at best scenario. Which I suppose is progress, seeing this place originally was the 7th hell.

Either way, its all just so much...Well its kind of just pointless and a waste of time and energy. The reality is none of you are moving anywhere, your not even moving through space and time, your merely a projection of uncertainties and probabilities.

Do you doubt the power of God to work in non linear ways and illogical paths? Oh ye of little faith.

God is quite capable of first creating humankind and other kind, then going back in time and creating dinosaurs only to kill them off later, and then much latter some 500 trillion years in the future God creates a time machine to achieve all that in the past. Its just because its how God rolls, God need not make sense, or work in chronological order, or even prove anything to anyone. If it were so it would not be God.

However the sciences are the breaching on the wavelengths of other of Gods creations in other universes, hence probability waves need to collapse and be replaced, and hence structural rules benefiting that need be applied, and hence we need to make things up one such thing being the pentaquark. It really has nothing to do with anything with God in particular. That is merely a project of the gods.

Actually he is quite right. It will all come crashing down when you run out of names for things. Kind of like Adam in the garden of Eden, how many names and labels one need apply before one runs out of them. We have went from inventions to scientific discoveries, quite a leap in itself, the coinage of verbiage.

Science is not limited to the piece of paper the findings can be written on.

You sure about that. What if oh say some 50 years from now a meteor the size of Texas slams into our sleepy little planet. What will happen to all our great scientific discoveries then? Poof just like that, gone. Like none of it existed. All because of the simple fact that a big giant rock exists there in that area above you called space....So ends the human race...Capable of communicating as if by magic over vast distances, overtaken by the power of large rocks.

So ya, it is quite limited to the pieces of paper or other mediums its written on, and its also limited to the number of people who have that data in there heads. When they are gone, so to is the whole thing.

Just how many variations on things can one put down on a piece of paper anyways, before one goes bye bye or goes "what is the point of all this"

So how far down does one to split hairs on a thing? If a thing is made of a smaller thing, then that smaller thing has to be made of something even smaller and more minute of a thing, and so on it goes, forever and ever. OK then, so...What are pentaquarks made of?

A fractal reflecting a fractal.

I pose the theory that a decaquirk hold together 10 pentaquircks which forms a Forensick-mattertron-atron.

LHC will prove me correct in a few years, you can shape it like say chicken mesh into a face and grow skin on it before transplanting it onto someone eithout a face or a fibular and grow bone in it, I'm baffled how nerves will grow but rest assured the matteratron-atron holds the answers, we just haven't found it yet.
