A couple of friends & I did the Evil Dead trilogy one afternoon/evening after imbibing some unmentionable substances.
We did Evil Dead 1 & 2 at home on VHS & finished off with AoD at the cinema! It was an interesting day...

Bruce Campbell is one of my favourite actors. IMO he makes anything he is in better than it would ordinarily have been.
"Burn Notice" is definitely worth a watch, also IMO.

Just last weekend, I picked up an S-Mart shirt, and Necronomicon prop book to cosplay as Ash at DragonCon, lol!

I'm bumping this thread because the first episode was f##ing awesome!!! Sam Raimi and Ash (Bruce Campbell) definitely pulled this one off and DELIVERED! Looking forward to next episode in a few days!

This series gets a badge of honor in my book. The first episode got me laid.

First episode was amazing, and so much like the original source material. Loved it!

Even my daughter, who isn't big on the genre, was hooked. (and she's the pickiest person I've ever met when it comes to TV)....

This show is a blast. Blood and guts everywhere. Gross. Sick. Loads of fun!
