Police Officer Sings to Child to Distract Her From Fatal Accident

When I was younger I would frequently see stuffed animals in the back of an officer's car. It always warmed my heart to see that, because it's not like cops get a "stuffed animal" budget. What a great story. Good to hear about cops going above and beyond the call to really help someone in a tough situation.
