Hell...the only reason there are labels such as white, black, souther, new yorker, etc. is BECAUSE they are different. If there weren't different...why would they be under a different label???

Anyhow, back to Saddam and the Iraqi people- you think they deserved Saddam because they're biologically prone to violence? Perhaps it's because the Middle east did not go through the Enlightenment as the west did? Again, it's a social issue, mostly caused by religious fundamentalism. Iraq could have developed along secular lines, as with the rest of the Middle East if the west did not squash Nasserism and other attempts at secular societies throughout the middle east.
