a good case can be made with all the high tech and secrecy that this was EBE tech.
The memo details what was told to FBI agent Guy Hottel, special agent in charge of the Washington, D.C. field office, including a description of a crashed spacecraft in New Mexico. The information in the report is connected to hoax that is some 60 years old, and it resulted in a fraud conviction.

you think we should rule out any link between UFO's, flying saucers and EBE activity?

Not rule it out entirely, but given that out of all possible explanations, one involving aliens is without a doubt the least likely, it should be treated as such.
As for the memos, see the post above yours.
Nice find, Arbitrageur.

Can you prove that the UFO-EBE link is the least likely explanation? What other explanations do you favor for UFO's given the definition of a UFO.

I don't think anything like this is true.
Until you see one yourself. Then it isn't about believing anymore, you've become a witness.
Until you see what? What did you witness? An alien being? A UFO?

Because once you see something not from earth, read that not earth tech, you know.
I also know you. You're fishing to dismiss whatever I say once you think you know enough about what I'm saying, even though you weren't there.
