Both are necessary to the SECURITY OF A FREE STATE.

Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The 'specification' of certain rights SHALL NOT BE construed(interpreted) to Deny or Disparage other rights retained by the people.

That means limited.

2nd, and 9th CLEARLY spell out the right to keep, and bear arms can not, and should not be messed with.

For obvious reasons.

It can be changed that is a fact. Show me where specifically it cannot be? Show me?

We argue as to why it should.

We even went as far as to determine what you thing it should be changed to.
