Ummm...Tell that voice that talks nonsense in your head...that one that tries to keep you down...that one that borrows your vocal chords..............to sit the hell down and shut the hell up...

Keep the love...keep the good...keep all the memories of laughter and warmth...discard the rest...you have no need of them anymore.......

At least it seems to work for me...
