'They' want all of us to focus our limited attention on Russia and Ukraine, as evidenced by the repeated posts by the same few members here that concentrate on rubbishing either Russia or the Ukrainian patriots...however, the REAL threat isn't going to come from this orchestrated puppet show in Eastern Europe as they'd like you to believe, but rather from the Chinese and the USA over the growing threat over South China sea territorial sovereignty.

Ukraine will meander along, following closely to that situations scripted timeline with all eyes encouraged to look in that direction while events unfold dangerously towards all out conflict between China, USA, Japan, Australia and the UK.

If it does start...it will make Ukraine seem like a kid's punch up in the school playground and that's not to belittle the very real loss and suffering imposed on Ukrainians, but highlight the disaster that would result from an all out war between the big players over these islands in the SCS.

Would you believe me if I posted a video showing where I grew up, went to school, worked at local jobs, and visited said underground facility again? Maybe, and maybe not, and why should I believe anything you post here, either?

I cant see it, The whole world economics are Chino American. Australia, and N Z, have favoured nation status, and a free trade agreement with China .If China takes the Islands, who will it benefit, from the high quality, cheap industrial goods that China produces. The cheap labour cant be replaced . Its a fact of life.

More likely we would re-invade Iraq, but currently are betting that a conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia will full fill our Agenda of neutralizing Russia by making oil prices unstable and causing trouble for the Russian allies. Ultimately the bigger threat to US dominance is China, when nuclear intimidation doesn't save the day, what then? Depends on if we can induce Russia and Iran to become US allies, otherwise you need new offensives in Iraq, and Eastern Europe. Ultimately the US economy is driven by defence spending, oil dominance, and fiat currency. So new wars over oil are always in the planning stages and so we have regular wars to enrich the military industrial complex. The mechanism economic elites enrich themselves in between banking crisis that develop over these same elites stealing the incomes from ordinary Americans and driving production overseas.

Ukraine is important because it poses a challenge to NATO, a long established alliance between mature economic powers. The situation in Asia is important because it involves emerging economic powers. The United States has a stake in both theaters, but is too timid to act decisively in either.

I think this is what matters most. People see war all over the history channel, but most still don't comprehend it until they're directly fronted with all it's horrors. 80 years between each major conflict throughout history on average. 1939 plus a full human life would mean just a few more years or so.
