ISIS ON THE RAMPAGE

ISIS Presses Advance Near Iraqi City Of Ramadi

LINK

BAGHDAD, May 22 (Reuters) - Islamic state fighters pressed an advance east of Ramadi on Friday after breaching Iraqi defenses outside the city the insurgents overran last weekend in a major defeat for the Baghdad government. The fall of Ramadi is the most significant setback for Iraqi forces in almost a year and has cast doubt on the effectiveness of U.S. strategy in helping Iraq to fight Islamic State. While pro-government forces are seeking to retake the town, Islamic State fighters have been pushing forward in the direction of Fallujah in a bid to take more territory in Anbar province that would bring them closer to the Iraqi capital.

Amir al-Fahdawi, a leader of the pro-government Sunni tribal force in the area, said the militants were now around 5 km (3 miles) from the town of Khalidiya next to the Habbaniya military base where security forces and members of the Hashid Shaabi (Popular Mobilization) Shi'ite militia are massing. "We are running short of arms and ammunition and we appealed yesterday for reinforcements. Zero additional troops plus zero ammunition back-up lead to zero morale for our fighters," Fahdawi told Reuters. "Today we retreated to Siddiqiya and I'm not sure if my fighters will hold up for much longer: they are tired and broken." Hundreds of people were fleeing as the militants drew closer, Anbar provincial council member Azzal Obaid told Reuters. Obaid said the insurgents were exploiting low morale among the security forces, and that the only way to stop them would be to deploy Shi'ite paramilitaries in large numbers.

Iraq is a failed state. It really cant defend itself.

This president's battery has ran out...

When is he going to move out of wishful thinking mode?

His coalition is a fantasy just like him training " moderate" rebels in Syria.

We really have a mentally disabled( just like Bush was) president who doesn't know what he's doing.

This is a liberal blog trying to tell him to wake up and smell the sh__

It's because the world is war weary. The crap in Afghanistan and Iraq has been going for fourteen years now. People from the US, Britain, Canada, Australia, etc are tired of seeing their soldiers die in a wasteland for corporate interests. Though I can't speak for everyone, I can say I'm tired of seeing it.

At anyrate, that's why these stories are largely going under the radar. People are sick of their country being in a perpetual state of war. That mentality is in conflict with corporate interest and big oil that make money off of war.

Kick the US out of Iraq? I'd gladly like to see us out of the ME.

This is the last time I will post what Obama needs to do to fix this

It may be too late now…he should have done this when ISIS first reared its ugly face.

But Ill try anyway. Maybe one of Obama’s spy’s is monitoring this site

Go ahead take the plan, I won’t charge you guys anything.

First:

Call the UN in session and try to form a REAL international coalition

Get crack troops from any coalition member of now 150, 000 men
Iraq
Iran
Kurds
Syria
Egypt
Jordan
NATO countries (F___ Turkey
Any other countries that want to join

American appointed allied commander

Unified command, unified structure whose sole role is to destroy ISIS

And bring all their leaders to trial if not killed

Send ISIS members to international prison

I fear a part of it is more sinister than that Australians traditionally have been very supportive of our troops whom we affectionately call 'Diggers' even war weary we still support them,in Vietnam they lost the war due to the withdrawal of public support now it seems they dont give a damn about that support anymore, that they will do what they do, whether we support it or not.

I didn't mean to imply that being war weary meant a lack of support for the military. That's definitely not the case. What I meant was that I believe people are tired of the military being used as a private army for corporations. Because of that mindset, the stories and headlines are diminishing because public outcry for getting out of the conflicts is a threat to corporate interests.

Aint gonna happen as ISIS is a creation of the West. They will morph into another "terrorist group" and serve another purpose when Syria breaks up.

Iraq: Kick the US out…invite Russia and Iran in!

Y'know what? I'm perfectly OK with this. ...cut back on our involvement everywhere in the ME...I'd be good with that.

Frankly, we've shed enough blood for purposes that become increasingly murky as time goes on. So bring 'em home. Yesterday.

The Iraqis should invite Russia in and Iran in full force and offer them access to all that oil wealth and together exterminate ISIS for good.

If America doesn’t want to go along then Iraq should just say: get the f___ out.

I tell you who else will sh__ in their pants if this happens and that is those sinister dogs in the Gulf States, those rich pigs in Saudi, Qatar, the Emirates who have been surreptitiously supporting ISIS all along.... Along with Turkey with their delusional president ErDOG)gan who thinks he's a modern day Sultan.

In addition to that invite Syria in this alliance and defend them against the sinister plot by the west to destroy it within the overall plot to destroy and destabilize 7 ME countries.

Maybe ultimately the Russians will save humanity from the Globalist Oligopoly and the US/Saudi Petrodollar.

China has been working on deals with ME and African countries for years now.

Expect to see some Chinese bases pop up in those areas. That will surely make the US and it's NATO allies worried.

~Tenth

Question is will ATS members complain and say China should have no bases anywhere, or is it only the US that can't have bases?

Nations leaders and their pawns, have advisers and controllers, they are nothing more the puppets.

acting out two polar paradigms.

Yet the leaders and their controllers, do not have a side, they own both. It's all about controlling humanity and earth resources, while giving you and I the perception of two sides (east&west).

They love when you get all patriotic or oppose the other side, conflict with each other and opinionate of matters you cannot even grasp or have say on.

Nation leaders are puppet-actors. Nothing more.

Stop choosing sides and swallowing the spoon fed propaganda and illusions of choice... they don't really exist.

Just real humans, controlling real humans who trick real humans... to capitalize everything earth and humanity can offer (resources / energy / profit).

Anyways.. bed time
