Canadian aliens are mostly located in Ottawa. Also, Canada is rife with conspiracies. The Conservatives are plotting to overthrow the Liberal government. The Bloc Quebecois are plotting to have Quebec separate. The NDP are plotting to revive socialism. The Liberals are plotting to just survive and keep their perques of office.

Me? I'm plotting a pleasant retirement, which I could do if the Government would stop plotting to raise my taxes.
