House Resolution 14 was recently introduced to Congress, urging the Obama Administration to declassify those 28 secret pages of the 9/11 Commission report. These redacted pages have been kept from the public since the presidency of George W. Bush, fourteen years ago. This whole thing reminds me of the Nixon Watergate fiasco. Why haven't any of these members that read the 28 retracted pages given information out like Deep Throat did?

Come on, we all *know* the 'truth' can NEVER come out. If it did, the collapse would be quick and catastrophic. I have a feeling that with Sandy Hook, Boston Marathon etc they are trying it on - one little hoax at a time, softening us (the sheeple). One day, when we're ready, the truth might come out - yes the US govt blew up the towers yada yada yada...
But those 28 pages wont say that. They wont deal with Tower 7, the no plane at the Pentagon issue etc. Just a distraction. Dont hold your breath. Stay vigilant however, tell your friends, open their minds. One day, it must come out.

a question from the uninitiated in US politics. What does this mean ? This resolution is "introduced"...what next ? are they voting on it...and if it passes...how much time until it becomes declassified ?

Do they have to vote on it if it's introduced ?

It is impressive we get those documents released.

I do think that Jesse misspeaks at the start when he says "how could they declassify them anyway?...." errr.... what?

Other than that, I do think Jesse is 100% right to be encouraging people to get on to their representatives to put pressure on the government to get these documents released.

Because it's ridiculous to think any Jihadist group would want to harm us. Well, there was that one time the same group tried to blow up the same building, but that was different I guess.
It's much easier to believe that a large secret organization of Uber rich elitist killed thousands of Americans on US soil and has managed to keep it secret.
Not to mention said Jihadist group claimed responsibility and members were trained to fly large aircraft prior to the event, and the world watched them fly into the buildings. Then!, instead used explosives to finish the job and hit the Pentagon with a missile.
Sounds like a Dr. Evil plan, for ONE MILLION dollars!!!

Yep easy to believe exactly what you're told ob TV. BUT if you happen to look at evidence oh boy we have a problem. The evidence all points to inside job - what do we do now? Destroy wheat evidence is left, scrap all SOP and forensics, bury it. But there is enough evidence surviving to ask some serious questions which will never get answered.

I'm on here for alternative news, entertainment, different views, and educating myself in the various topics this site offers. I've done my research on the topic, and it was Muslim terrorist. But I'm sure there is plenty of people out there to sell me a book or documentary to change my mind. JFK, Roswell, 911, and Margaritaville! Wish I had cut of any of those.

Actually no they didn't.

I cannot remember the exact wording in the report because I don't have my copy in front of me but I know that the commission report does not fully exonerate the Saudi's when you read between the lines. I think if i recall its says something to the effect that they cannot discount the possibility of Saudi involvement but stop short of actually making the accusation.

Since the government seems to be a gatekeeper on secrets regarding 9/11, can we really be sure they'd ever tell us the truth about what's going on? They may have the most to lose.

Whatever it says, we need to know. Too many senators and congressmen have stated that it needs to be public. That's enough to convince me ! If our elected representatives think we should know what is in those pages, then who am I to disagree ?
