For your reading pleasure.

news.yahoo.com...

The records, obtained by The Baltimore Sun (/pdbu29k) through a Maryland Public Information Act request, show that correctional officers at the Baltimore City Detention Center refused to admit nearly 2,600 detainees who were in police custody between June 2012 and April 2015.

At the least, they are negligent in accessing people's injuries. At worst, they are the cause of them.

Good fine especially in lieu of what it implies.

I've known people that were arrested and The jail refused to take. Most of the time when police do this they inflicted the injuries is why they didn't want to take him to the hospital. The jailers don't want to take them because they don't want to get blamed for it.

Interesting find. I wonder if videos of these so called "nickel rides" are going to start popping up. There has probably got to be some traffic camera footage or CCtv video that shows police vans randomly or unnecessarily slamming on brakes and driving erratically. reply to: Dimithae
