The greater point is this:

I don’t know the statistics but it may be that the police in America are almost as brutal towards white people as they are towards black people and if and when white folks become as sensitive to police abuse as black people are then there may be a real change in this country.

Don’t we see the intent to make this ONLY a racial issue.

Does he say it in the video?

Don't see it in the article.

But what would that change? Does it some how make it not as bad that they decided to load him up and not secure him?

The DA picked herself, she was elected to office as I stated on the first page she was formally an in-house attorney for an insurance company.

But I honestly wonder whether she did overplay her hand to appease the public. Myself I think the public would've been perfectly happy that if Freddy died in the van and can be proven that the van driver alone face charges. He is in my opinion the most serious offender of the Group. I would not be surprised to hear that she offered a deal to some of the officers ahead of time and found that the blue wall of silence is mostly inpenetrable.

Now if some of the other officers are found not guilty she might have inadvertently stoked the next outrage.

That is what some experts in criminal law are saying, is seems that while she is charging all the offices, for the lack of proper procedure in the van, is still the matter of when The injury happen or started before or after the van right, meaning a fracture when he was been arrested and the severe spine when in the van, it could be more charges added still for some and not all the officers.

A possibility yes.

You'll have to excuse me for being late with my reply. I've been watching the CNN coverage and every reporter on there without a doubt is a complete idiot.

The DA said when they re-cuffed and shackled Freddy then placed him head first in the van. For some unknown reason I can only assume it's a massive case of brain farts. Every reporter on CNN is either re-enacting the positioning or referring to his positioning as feetfirst!!!!

My God don't those boobs even watch their own programming?

Official criminal charges against the police makes a civil wrongful death lawsuit more lucrative.

Yes, I'm watching CCN too, but they make a good point when they talk about the charges on the driver perhaps expecting that he will talk against the other officers because the charges on him may not stick, if he never put a hand on Gray like the other officers.

BTW, I know the news are full of morons looking to inflame their ratings but the experts talking bring very good points in their examinations.

Re-watch the news conference from the Baltimore DA. If CNN could tell the difference between headfirst and feetfirst they would realize that the statement she made explicitly names the van driver. I can't quote right now but I will paraphrase. She mentions the lieutenant and two other officers re-cuffed and shackled Freddy then they placed him in the van" headfirst " and after that was where he received the neck injury.

That statement implies that Freddy slid headfirst into the partition in the front of the van. ( a brake job)

I made a statement a day or two ago in a thread that unless Freddy received a compression fracture to his neck/larynx his injuries took place outside the van.

Here's the news conference start listening at the 2:50 mark if you don't want to hear the entire thing. She states that he was placed in the wagon at the scene. Then the wagon stopped To cuff and shackled freddy then he was placed headfirst into the wagon at Baker Street in between Baker Street and the next stop is when the prosecutor alleges the injury occurred in her probable cause affidavit. The only way it could have happened After the stop at Baker Street and before the next stop is it the officer gave him a rough ride. When she reads the charges she implies this with the term I believe it was depraved heart.

Watching Kelly File:
According to another Baltimore police officer, who spoke at length with two of the charged police officers...Freddie Gray was a police informant on many cases.
He said informants usually make a big noisy show when they're picked up as cover...They said he always made a show when he was picked up...so they went along with it thinking it was an act.

Yes I heard her talk about what happen I wonder why she keeps sticking with the statement that Gray got injured in the van, this can come out and bite her back if the extended report on Grays death shows that he got injured first at the arrest and then the fatal injured in the van.

Baltimore facing protesters defiance on the police, (military occupation they call it), civil disobedience and several people arrested multiracial. Massive show of police present.

To add a conspiracy angle to all of this; did you notice that all the people directly behind the prosecutor were white? It just seems strange to me. Is all of these protests a method of getting less police in poor african american neighborhoods. With the new drug of choice being Flakka or granite; it just seems convenient that there will probably be less police in the poor african american neighborhoods. Here is an article on the behaviors exhibited by people high on Flakka.

Flakka
