why they change the look of money

so people cannot travel foward or reverse through time and expliot universal laws.....

i posted this topic in military projects section and some one who claimed to be "in the know" said i was absolutly correct..then my post was completly "erased" from the net like i never posted it..so lets see if it hangs in this category of forums..(this is just a theory of mine ..i imagined this ...i did not get this from any confidential source.
