Back in the day, boys made gun noises, explosives noises, etc. It wasn't too unusual to get their attention back on eating by make a familiar noise.

I am a conspiracy theorist but honestly don't see this one.

I believe what the op is referring to is this is the second aarp add with weird raster egg or hidden message. Also I saw a state farm commercial with a break in transmission with "attention earthlings may 11th". I believe all three commercials have been posted recently on ats (last 24hrs). I would link the threads and embed the videos however I'm on mobile and having issues with that.
