Actually, you are the one posting fantasy here, others have posted facts but you just ignore them.

Still trying?

Seriously, its like the 5 year old in the room who can't stand not having the last word - no matter how ridiculous that 'word' should be, he's just GOT to try anyway.

I'll reiterate my observation about Einstein and his theory of Insanity....

Why do you have to make crap up? Exactly where did I say that? I never said that.

Oh lets not forget their multiple visits .

Which I showed evidence for, but you ignored it as it destroys the myth you made up!

Capital punishment is barbaric? How about all the people that have to live with the trauma of all the dumb pricks that choose to destroy lives. You look at these idiots as victims, there not. How many kids went hungry because there mom and dad was hooked to their crap, how many people were mugged so the addicts could get their fix, how many women were forced into prostitution to feed there addiction, how many children kidnapped and pushed into the slave trade. Screw these pricks, they got what they deserved and only wish the USA would put in an express lane to eliminate more of these pricks. They are not a part of society. They are the slime that destroys it.

Cheers,

Camain.

I know of at least 10 folks that have died over the years from drug overdose. My daughter works in a care center for severely disabled. They have a few patients, permanently messed up from on drug or another. One in particular, a young woman, did heroin once and it destroyed her synapsis capability. She's permanently curled up in a ball, body stiff and cant speak. Another friend of my daughter is in rehab after stealing from all and sundry to support her heroin madness.

Anyway its not possible to separate anyone in the chain of events, that puts this stuff on the street, from the result.

falling for a convicted drug dealers made up story.

But you quote a drug dealer as your only evidence that they have been there previously . I cannot be bothered with your losing arguement on this anymore . I certainly arent going to look for all the quotes again .

This was not the first time these 2 went to Indonesia to smuggle drugs, so they knew exactly what they were doing, and what the penalty was. Chan also had mules going to Hong Kopnd to smuggle drugs back, and threaten them from prison after they were caught.

Well, Chan wrote to and threatened one of the mules he had sent to Hong Kong who had been caught, Chan had a mobile phone so there was nothing stopping them continuing their drug smuggling operation even in jail....
edit on 29-4-2015 by hellobruce because: Chan had the phone

Do i really need to say more . I Will not reply again . your arguments are null and void .

If you go to another country respect there laws simple.

*Their

And what a load. They let 36 convicted terrorists out on clemency. The Bali bombing culprits.

They were only responsible for blowing up 92 bloody Australians.

Hey , they don't like Australians. We can't or even we shouldn't change other countries beliefs toward our fellow man. Do the Americans hate Pres Bush because he sent young men to Iraq on the lie of they had weapons of mass destruction and America must protect the area from them using them. Who in their right mind would not be pissed at Pres Bush for lying and lost a son or daughter. Open your mind and you'll see and think differently if once you are being attacked by an outsider, whether by smuggling of drugs or whatever the case may be.

You smuggle chemical drugs into a company, you can kiss your a... goodbye as far as I'm concerned.
Respect *their laws?

Sure thing pal...

I found this today on Facebook and, I have to say, it sums up my position perfectly.

It's time for the Bali executions to blow over.

The sooner everyone goes back to their every day lives, the sooner the media will stop the bull# hype about it.

Yes, the death penalty is #. Yes, dying by shooting would be excruciating. Yes, these men may have found God and turned over a new leaf in prison.

But make no mistake; these men were no heroes. So let's stop treating them like they were. In fact, Andrew Chan forced teenagers (15 and 17) to swallow condoms full of heroin by threatening harm to their families. Let's not even get started about the lives that could have been seriously effected had they have made it in to Australia with all that Heroin.

Were you aware that the death toll from the Nepalese earthquakes is now up around 3200? How about the 700 migrants who died when a ship sank in the Mediterranean?

There's still concerns that Australian Red Cross Workers are likely to have died providing aid to the Nepalese when the earthquake happened. Going to hold a candlelight vigil for them?

People don't spend hours of their day debating any of that though, so why would the media bother with wider coverage of it when they can't benefit from it?

Seriously, these men knew what they were doing. They #ed up big time, but they were literally planning to profit from destroying countless lives. And while I don't agree with the death penalty, I do abide that these men made a conscious decision and even took others down with them when they fell, knowing full well the possible consequence of playing roulette in a third world country.

Let their families grieve. Go back to your normal lives. Stop helping the media make money off of your opinions and let this whole thing go.

Facebook campaigning didn't do # to help them and it'll do even less for them now.

Thank you Captain Obvious

Hence the point of a forum for debate - which is exactly what I thought was happening in this thread.

The fact that this story has received so much media attention should have set off alarm bells to the critical thinkers out there. The way it has been presented, the type of tone the media has set and the amount of vitriol directed at Indonesia are all very suspicious.

Not even slightly, all I admitted was that you were right that other people may have differing opinions, something which should be self-evident given that we are on a debate forum.

Hence the "Thank you Captain Obvious".

Keep trying though mate, it's rather amusing to watch you resort to such low tactics as twisting words and putting words into others mouths in order to try and win the argument.

There are lots of things I wish I could take back. But I can't, and I have had to live with the consequences of my actions. That's life.
I don't understand why people like you think chan and sukumaran should not have had to face the consequences of theirs.

Then you should have read my earlier post more carefully instead of resorting to knee-jerk replies which demonstrate that you have reading comprehension problems.

It's actually sad, not amusing, to see you accusing me of something which I haven't even done but which you have done in abundance. If you read over my replies, you would see I have done no such thing as you just claimed, but you continue to resort to ad hominems.

Again, it is pretty obvious that you are allowing emotion to override your sense of objectivity on this topic, which is a shame because I have seen you make some decent, thought-provoking threads in the past that weren't tainted by your emotional involvement in the topic.

Capital punishment is cold blooded killing. It has no place in civilised society.
