Now if we could know that if CERN was not turned on would it just have been a stub or not have happened at all.

I did notice that the last few days the water was vortexting in the opposite direction when it is draining. Not sure CERN has anything to do with that either but it is another strange event since CERN started back up.

I am just saying not claiming any connection just the timing of it all.

The 4-5 mil operating costs per year the Air Force states seems really low.

What do you base that on? It is just a HF transmitter, a antenna array, VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer . So where is the cost in running them? A large cost would be the diesel used to power the facility.

HAARP cost this measly 290 million to build; (way too conservative a number) what has it cost to run and what is its function? Do you have any idea what it cost to maintain one ICBM Titan silo for one year. That is one missile. You are speaking of build out cost, not maintenance; or perpetual reason for being. If you are still alive when final disclosure practices apply and are still interested check it out.

I dont know about the CERN connection (literally: I don't know, and unlike some I don't claim to know everything about everything). It does seem a stretch.
What I have noticed last week, both in my work and personal life, is an inordinately large amount of people being somehow "disoriented", for a lack of a better word, especially regarding temporal coordinates. To put it simply: quite a few were confused as to what day of the week it was, many experienced very vivid deja vus, that sort of thing.
I noticed it because it was so atypical for those people to be experiencing such things. Only two of them were under unusually severe work-related or personal stress.

I am NOT saying it has anything at all to do with CERN or the earthquakes.
But something was amiss.

Check out this Guy and His analysis of charting earthquake patterns.He basically predicted the recent 7.9 mag in Nepal.

The big earthquakes such as Chile,Japan etc,were caused by alignments of PX the Sun and Earth and here's His prediction!

That we will be moving into an alignment period by the end of May!! They were saying that LHC prevents Earthquakes by charging the Earth, and holding it together...which means that we should be running the thing 24/7/365... just for safety.

@vethumanbeing ... Haarp has been shut down, and is no longer being used. There was never any guards there beyond normal industrial security...and, of course, the place was never "classified", at least not as far as the hardware goes.

Well...you would be wrong there...I investigate what I see as well. AND I'm probably more familiar with the possibilities of HAARP than you or indeed anyone you know; I'm an Electrical Engineer, who has studied HAARP to understand what it is capable of in a highly technical sense. I am familiar with the science behind it, and know about the tomography connection...the production of earthquakes...

I wasn't trying to harm the messenger, but, if you insist...you may interpret it anyway you like.

Finally, you said you were meet by armed "security guards" with m16's. So I take it they were civilian guards, more probably carrying AR-15's (almost impossible to distinguish from M-16)...and it sounds like you swallowed the guard's stuff; hook, line and sinker......he was probably lying and hoping fear would do what he needed.

By the way...all those 30 foot antenna...only work at HF frequencies, not at VHF, UHF, and most certainly not at microwave...it's a "wave length" sort of thing.
