Do you realise that you are condemming every single US soul over the actions of a few.

this means every single individual that lives in a nation in wich at some point in history committed atrocities is also guilty of these acts..

Every nation on this planet commited these acts at some point in time , so if we would put your moral obligation to work every single man woman and child would be hanged according to you....

Kinda pathetic actually. Think about it. A person has absolutely nothing to do in his life but focus on a country he hates, obsessing on it, sitting at his computer day after day writing about it, accomplishing nothing but passing the time.

Why not try something that could contribute to the people you love? GET ON A PLANE. Your feet could be stepping down onto Russian soil in a matter of hours. Help to build it into a better place -- and if it's as perfect as you believe, no building necessary, just go outside, have a vodka, praise Putin, and build a snowman!

Oh -- Mensa. Everybody on ATS is a member of Mensa. Didn't you know that?

I don't really know what Mensa has to do with hating America anyways, unless it has to do with cramps, and the OP is cranky because of them.

Sounds as if it has been a while since you visited us in the southern states.It is still a beautiful place to be. The folks here in the South are changing though. No longer is everyone the warm charming sort they used to be. Now it is all about "me" and how much I can get by "hook or crook". They care not for anyone else , their situation, or their feelings.I am one of the few remaining "southern gentlemen" that opens doors for people , seats the lady , and takes up a person's case against wrongdoing , etc.I am one of a dying breed. Take a drive down one of the major highways and it will only take a few minutes to verify my statement .Used to be everyone would speak of the South as you did. Not anymore. Remember us fondly as we used to be . Perhaps one day....from a real true original American in the South

there was an interesting article..Ill try to find the link... involving chess grand master Magnus Carlsen. Magnus is the number rated chess player currently and some argue is the greatest of all time. The US attempted to recruit Magnus to become American which would oddly have America dominating in the world of chess. Magnus turned down the "lucrative" amount of money and decided to go to Iceland instead. When asked why he said Iceland was the only country to go after and arrest its bankers for their crimes while America did nothing. I thought that was a pretty cool statement. Dude turns down millions of dollars and a us citzenship because they dont have accountability.
