Who Had The Worst Gaffes..Bush or Obama?

I was replying to a thread and thought of a funny thought, why not show each side just how comical their sides are. So let's set this up...

In this corner, weighing in at 2000, the middle weight representing Texas, the man from Harvard (and Yale)...Skull and Bones Dubya!!
In the other corner, weighing in at 2008, the light weight, representing Chicago (or Hawaii or Indonesia or Kenya), the man from Colombia (and Harvard)...Guy With a Funny Name Obama!!

Gentlemen, take your corners. We want to see a clean gaffe, no hitting below the belt and no kidney punches (unless you have healthcare).

Frankly, I think the public is, or should be, more interested in what these world leaders said in the way of untruths rather than mistakes of simple facts, grammar or diction. I'm suggestion who spoke the most outright, know lies to get what they wanted from the American people. Guess who wins? Gaffes are usually seen as something humorous. Lies are in another catagory.

This is supposed to be non-partisan, but it highlights that both of these men received a very great education, and yet Harvard, Yale and Colombia turns out students like this.

We could say that Bush's daddy got him into Yale and Harvard, but those still require a certain academic achievement.

And for a Constitutional law professor, Obama doesn't seem to know much about it.

Who made the biggest gaffes? Harvard, Yale and Colombia.

I think people didn't get my point, they are always throwing things at the other side, claiming they are so much smarter than the other side. So I was showing that gaffes happen on both sides.

What we really need to look at are the actual accomplishments of each side. Bush might have started the war over there with them, but Obama kept it going. So much for a Nobel Peace Prize winner.

I think it would be fair to say that each President is under a lot of pressure every day and every thing they do is judged because they live in a fishbowl.

I don't like Obama's policies, and I knew before he was elected that he was really only saying what people wanted to hear. And what they wanted to hear was John Stewart, Jay Leno and David Letterman make fun of them. People really judged the presidents over what Saturday Night Live and Comedy Central claimed in their skits.

Sad really, pop culture has reduced the job of the president as comic fodder, which is what I kind of did also. For either man, it shows that they were really under a lot of pressure and in the constancy of public speeches, sometimes gaffes happen.

But they are hilarious to read, so that is what I was trying to accomplish, a silly moment that people can laugh for a moment and forget that their respective side is so much more better.
