Not if they have the freedom to sell whatever food they wish. It requires restrictions on a persons freedom in order to make that activity illegal.

My answers would be:

1.2.3. Liberty - With liberty you are free ... truly free. But, liberty is just a word.

After freedom, you realize there is no equality. We may all be born equal (if conception is the defining factor), but we're all 'different' by the time we leave the womb.

What is security? The only thing one can be secure in is their own mortality. Other than that, security is a perception defined by reciprocal threat. The older we grow ... the more apparent this becomes.
