Post and message notification

I was wondering how difficult it would be to add a notice to the browser tab to reflect messages and post reply's. Similar to the way FB and gmail and other apps do.

Sometimes I have 10 or 15 tabs open at one time and miss notices or messages, not that I get that many but others might. Is something like that practical?

Missing the old yellow "new message" bar at the bottom of the screen, too.

I agree. Make the Personal Message icon very obviously state "New Personal Message" and ideally the number of messages. On here, the icon does nothing to attract attention.
