Avatar.....too.....big.........

Anybody have any links to where an avatar of appropriate size may be found?

Seems like the very few pics I've got are all too large and I've not the technical experience, (probably less than my 11 year old son.), to "shrink" the images. But I'm LEARNING it now. Help a fella out.

All I've ever done is basic, (sometimes massive amounts), of data entry at work. And of course using this $2500.00 deck of solitaire cards....

I got mine at www.webshots.com.... I seem to remember trying several before finding the proper size though.
